@change
So far, two Indonesian native speakers including @hasnadinar confirmed that using “secara umum” (generally) and “selalu” (always) in the same sentence is redundant. For more information, please refer to a Q/A on HiNative:
https://hinative.com/en-US/questions/19313353

EDIT:
[#4733187] Secara umum cuaca minggu ini selalu dalam keadaan baik.

[#4733188] Secara umum cuaca minggu ini dalam keadaan baik.

These are almost identical. “Selalu” in 87 is redundant and the two sentences should be merged.
Also, 87 or 88 should be unlinked from the Japanese sentence #190202 and re-linked to the English #27360 . For more information about linking, please visit #190202 .

@MsFixer

Thanks for the confirmation. I'd say that redundant words in a sentence, especially in Indonesian often used daily and sound just as natural as the standard language (sometimes even more natural). Few people would find problem with the redundant words or even remotely feel that way, except in the language exam. It's more like informal way of speaking.
