Are you sure this whole sentence can be in katakana? From my limited knowledge of Japanese, it seems unlikely to be the case.

Maybe this should be something along the lines of "アスピリンが欲しいのですが?" It certainly shouldn't be all in katakana, just as contributors shouldn't be committing sentences they don't understand.

"I'd like some aspirin" or "I'd like to buy some aspirin" as the Dutch suggests?

The 'buy' isn't explicit, but is quite likely. I think this sentence is fairly unlikely to be said outside of a shop.

OK, but once you are within the shop, the "buy" is implicit, because it is probable they don't give it for free...
