I'd split this into three sentences (there are way too many "and"-s here). I'd furthermore add commas before and after the name of the person (Ahn). Grammatically, the preposition "to" takes an object so strictly it should be "to you and me" but many English speakers don't follow such rules.
So, I'd recommend something more along the lines of:
"In conclusion, Ahn, it very much falls to you and me to set the tone for the work environment. I will do my bit to defuse the present climate and crack on with the job at hand. I hope I can rely on your support for this."
You can change it when you want from now :) 14 days passed!
