Se oni rigardas nur la gramatikon, "precizaj" ŝajnas esti la ĝusta vorto
"Precize" taŭgas, se oni diras ekzemple "Por paroli precize".

Sed ni atentu, ke ambaŭokaze la esprimo antaŭ la (fakte nebezonata) komo
rilatas al la subjekto "tomatoj" kaj tial la signifo de la frazo estas:
Tomatoj ne estas legomoj, ĉar ili celas/volas esti precizaj. (aŭ: paroli precize.)

Necesas trovi alian tradukon. Jen du proponoj.

Precize rigardate, tomatoj ne estas legomoj.
Laŭ preciza konsidero tomatoj ne estas legomoj.
