Either a full stop or a question mark, I guess.
You are well - then a full stop.
Are you well? - then a question mark.

Oh, so both are acceptable? Then maybe add the full stop here and the question in a separate sentence.

I saw more occurrences in the meaning of "Are you well", with a question mark, so I guess this would be better. I'll add a question mark to this one.
