Mi ne tradukis laŭvorte - sed la senco adekvatas, ĉu ne?
(oni povus diri: "...estas io tute ĉiutaga", sed tia esprimo ŝajnas pli artifika al mi)

eble mi ne bone komprenas la germanan frazon....Mi komprenas "etwas..." kiel [eng]"somewhat/almost/not quite...", do mi komprenas ke ne estas tute ĉiutaga...

Ne, ĝi estas gramatika: "etwas" povas signifi "io" aŭ "iom". Ĉi tie "etwas" signifas "io" kaj tiu ĉi elemento estas bezonata pro la gramatika formo "ganz alltäglicheS". Alikaze, do sen "etwas", oni devus diri "ganz alltäglich" (sen "s").
[Cetere mi pensas, ke "alltägliches" skribendas majuskla pro la "etwas", sed mi devos kontroli tion antaŭ mi komentos la germanan frazon.]
