Gegenwart
Ich bin überzeugt, dass er kommen wird / du kommen wirst.
Vergangenheit
Ich war überzeugt, dass er kommen würde / du kommen würdest.

Nein,
"er wurde kommen" - diese Form gibt es nicht.

Okay.
Von dem englischen Satz aus, ich glaube, dass der Satz in Gegenwart so tönen sollen würde:
I take it for granted that you comes/will come.
Doch 'will' wird 'would' wegen der Zeitenfolge in der Vergangenheit, also 'would' steht hier nicht in 'Conditional', but in 'future in the past'.
Als ich weiss, 'würden' ist benutzt bei einer Bedingung.

Meine Frage wäre, dass das im Deutsch genauso wie im English benutz ist.

In English, indeed, it refers to "future in the past".
