(en) I've stopped learning Toki Pona, but I am still pretty sure this sentence is wrong. It is neither imperative, nor a question.
I was trying to translate from English to Toki Pona.
If I was to say this in English, I would say 'Don't go away', with the 'you' implied. It is an imperative; I am commanding the 2nd person not to leave. Perhaps it would be better to translate the English sentence as: 'o tawa ala weka'
with the 'you' implied.
What do you think?
Yes, "o tawa ala weka" or maybe (not sure) "o tawa ala".
