Dieses Haus ist mein Haben. = tomo ni li jo mi.

Man kann versuchen, das so zu unterscheiden, ja. Finde ich aber müßig bzw. nicht "pona", vor allem mit einer Konstruktion wie "jo mi", welches das transitive Verb "jo" nimmt, und in diese Substantivierung dessen Akkusativ-Objekt meint, und nicht die Tätigkeit, das Haben selbst, meint. Dann doch lieber "mi jo e tomo ni."

P.S.: Eigentlich habe ich den japanischen Satz übersetzt:
この家は私のものです。
Wörtlich "dieses Haus, meine Sache (es) ist."
