It depends on how loosely you want to interpret them.
Mine is literally correct, and I don't believe that it is used in the same way as the other two.
It is not really a greeting, like the other two are.
I'd translate "What's up?" and "How are you?" to "coi .i do mo", which is technically two sentences.
would you suggest any of those to be unlinked?
