kara Grizleono, teknike oni produktas (fabrikas) partojn de la domoj, kiuj estas muntataj dum la konstruado de la domo en propra domloko. Do, uzi la verbon "fabriki" estas pli konvena ol "konstrui". Alia konsideraĵo rilatiĝas al signifoj de "kosto" kaj "prezo". En la senco de la frazo estas kosto, ne prezo.

Dankon. Mi ŝanĝis la vorton, kvankam mi dum mia tuta aktiva vivo "konstruis" maŝinojn, neniam en la loko, kie la aĉetante celis uzi ilin, sed en nia maŝinkonstruejo.
Pri kosto: se mi bone memoras, mi uzis la vorton "malmultekosta", kvankam aĉetanto de tiu domo ja pagos la "prezon", do ne nur la kostojn, sed ankaŭ la profiton de la konstruonto.

Anstataŭ "proponas" mi proponus laŭ la germana, angla kaj franca frazoj "ofertas", ĉu ne?
