Brand names (whether fake or not) don't need to be capitalized, though it makes things clearer if they are. I think a bigger problem is that the construction of the clauses is not consistent. This would resolve both issues:
The new Tatoeba website will use a home-made "hyper" database and a "made-from-scratch" search engine, and will run on a Tatoebux-OS server with a Tatoetel CPU made entirely out of tatoebium.
