It's Isan (Northeastern Thai) language (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isan_language)
It's like Lao with a lot of Thai influence and using Thai script
I think it's the largest language in Thailand since Central Thai (That everyone call Thai language) have only 20 mil native speaker while Isan have 21 mil
Isan, Lao, Thai, Northern Thai (Lanna or Kam mueang), Southern Thai (Pak Thai or Dambro) are all mutually intelligible so it's not create a language barrier between people inside Thailand
I have list of this language here: https://tatoeba.org/eng/sentences_lists/show/9936
They also have there's own code: tts
Wiktionary also have this language: https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/...:Isan_language
