Der Satz erscheint mir falsch. "Frost-touched" heißt doch soviel wie "beraureift" ( http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raureif ). Es müsste also eher "Die Blume beraureifte" oder so heißen. Wobei "beraureifen" mehr in die Kategorie Ad-hoc-Wörter fällt und nicht zum aktiven Wortschatz vieler Menschen gehören dürfte. Es gibt, denke ich, kein gängiges Wort, dass den Vorgang so kurz und bündig wie im Englischen wiedergeben kann.

Aber im Englischen ist es eine inventarisierte Personifikation, während es im Deutschen eine ad-hoc-Personifikation ist, oder?

Dann ist aber 'berühren' das bessere Wort. 'Anfassen' wird literarisch überhaupt nicht gebraucht und kann auch nicht übertragen verwendet werden. Z.B. 'That touched my heart' - 'Das berührte mein Herz'.
Außerdem haben die meisten Personifikationen einen Artikel.
