It's not grammatically incorrect. It expresses a different nuance though.
"Do you know who she is?" is simply asking for the fact,
"You know who she is?" instead seems as if the speaker is surprised to know the listener knows "her", and is asking for confirm.
So in the end I would add both translation (I'm about to do so with the other one), and this one should instead be made indirect.
As for "Do you know who is she", that sounds very unnatural unless you remove the first part to only have "who is she?", which has though a different meaning.
Well the translation are slightly incorrect then. At least I know that the Italian one doesn't sound so surprised(Well one wouldn't know, it depends from the tone in which one says it)..
"You know who she is?" can be used as a shorter alternative for "Do you know who she is?"
The difference that Shadd mentioned is more linked to intonation.
"You *know* who she is?" (speaker is surprised that the other person know her)
"You know who she is?" = "Do you know who she is?" (colloquial/shorter form)
