Je parle d'un jeu de cartes là, mais je pense que j'ai choisi le mauvais mot. Est-ce que "jeu de cartes" peu désigner les cartes pour jouer (et non pas seulement un jeu avec des cartes [comme le poker par ex.]) ?

oui, "jeu de cartes" veut dire à la fois le jeu (belote, tarot, poker...) et l'ensemble des cartes nécessaire au jeu (32, 54, 78...)
une "main" est l'ensemble des cartes qu'un joueur a en mains (entre les mains)

"Blatt" peut désigner les deux, l'ensemble des cartes nécessaires et main. Mais je pense maintenant que le deuxième ne fait pas trop de sens dans ce contexte ("donne-moi...")
