Πωπω ρε φιλε. There is no coherence: Τα λουλουδια (plural) πεθανε (singular). It would be at least πέθαναν (plural).
But I would say:
> Τα λουλούδια μαράθηκαν χωρίς νερό.
The verb μαραίνομαι means "to die" to way plants do. I don't know if in english there is a special word for it.

One more thing, I would write: "χωρίς νερό" - σκέτο, without article, the same in English: without water (not: without the water).
