Could you have a look here? The German sentence has been changed into a complete sentence. The Belarusian and Russian sentences match its meaning. Could we change this one accordingly?

Right now it lacks a verb.

The verb is implied. However, I'm not sure it matches the Russian and the Belorussian sentences:

In Spanish "Mi casa junto al lago" is not considered a full sentence but just a noun phrase because it lacks a verb. I might be wrong, of course, but, as long as I know, the same happens in Polish. At least I don't think I have ever come across Polish sentences lacking a verb.

It should be "Mój dom jest nad jeziorem." after the edit.

В отличие от русского языка связка jest опускается довольно редко, ср.: «Отец - поляк» - Ojciec jest Polakiem; «Наша улица широкая и очень зеленая» - Nasza ulica jest szeroka i bardzo zielona.
