What does "Greetings!" mean as a single word.
It has two correct translations in Danish and one in Esperanto,
but I don't think you will use it as a single word without context
in Danish.

I personally don't use it, but I've seen it in novels to mean "hi" or "hello/welcome".

Perhaps it would look more natural without the exclamation mark (!).

This is an appropriate Google search.
