cette phrase ne me semble pas naturelle, bien que théoriquement correcte. Je ne vois pas qui dirait cela et dans quel contexte...

oui, mais ne dirais-tu pas alors : Une seule erreur, et ce sera l'échec / et ce sera pour vous l'échec... ?

Le problème de la modifier, c'est que je ne suis pas non plus très sûr du contexte de la version anglaise ou allemande...

Bon, j'attends le retour sur la traduction allemande, mais le retour que j'ai sur l'anglaise me conforte dans le fait que cette forme ne va pas. J'en ai créé une autre qui devrait davantage correspondre à l'anglaise à la 2e personne du singulier. Il doit y avoir d'autres solutions...
