I'm not sure if the English (and Spanish) translations are right. 末っ子 is the youngest one among the brothers and sisters. So if you have some older brothers or sisters and no younger ones, then you are a 末っ子, even if you're married with some children, for example. Can you say you're the youngest in the family in this case?
What do you say to "I'm the youngest child."?
