Strange — mi trovis en la reto ne tute malmultajn uzojn de
hispanoparolanto kaj hispanparolanto.
Laŭ mia scio tio tamen estas eraro. Vi ne parolas "hispanon" (do personon), sed "la hispanan" / "hispanan lingvon".
Tial mi rekomendas skribi tute regule "parolanto de la hispana".

Alternative eblas ankaŭ "ano de la hispana" aŭ "hispanalingvano". Analoge oni ja uzas ankaŭ "anglalingvano".
Malavantaĝeto de la lasta formo estas, ke aŭde oni povas misanalizi ĝin, komprenante ne "ano de la hispana lingvo" (-> hispanalingvano), sed "hispana lingvano". Tamen eĉ tio ne kaŭzus veran miskomprenon.
