It's been pointed out that the recent amendment to #71663 doesn't quite match the Japanese sentence. I've put the original back as an alternative.

@JimBreen
This other English should be unlinked, right?
purchase a PC. ... since it doesn't match ...
@JimBreen
Notice: 問題にならない doesn't equal "out of the question"
Perhaps you should unlink this one from the English and link to one of the other Japanese translations.
Previously I just glanced at this and only noticed the previously-mentioned discrepancy.
(1) no be a problem (not in the question)?
(2) out of the question

"Out of the question" vehemently denies permission. "Not a problem" passively gives permission. They're quite opposite.
So, rather than what it might mean, what does it most likely mean to you when you read it?

I've had other native Japanese review this sentence and tell me that use of 問題にならない as 話にならない or as 問題外 is context dependent and in this context (an office which where one would assume its quite routine to buy computers) the "out of the question" interpretation makes no sense.
I'm not sure what to do.
@cafe
>an office which where one would assume its quite routine to buy computers
>I'm not sure what to do.
