Perhaps the system of linking requests itself needs to be reconsidered.
When it turns out that some of the sentences you linked based on a request don't match, the community might lose their trust in you even if all the links based on your own judgment are correct, since no one can tell them from your links based on requests.
Personally, I only link sentences when I know myself for sure that they match, because I want to be trusted. Maybe I'm being too egoistic, but when anyone can ask for links and when all the requests are accepted indiscriminately, how can we maintain the quality of the corpus?

> Should we really trust that one person knows this many languages well enough to make this kind of suggestion?
*shrugs* This is a simple sentence (A2 level or something), and apparently it's not impossible to know 20+ languages on that level, such people are very rare but they exist...
Thank you all for your comments and concerns; I am being overly cautious in my suggestions for linking (sometimes to a point where I do not suggest sentences that COULD be linked) and it takes quite a while to compile these lists as I do it with utmost care with the people in mind that desire to learn another language knowing only a language that it is not usually paired with. I want this corpus to be as high-quality as possible and not be so centered around European languages. Let's allow the speakers of Hiligaynon to learn Finnish and Romanian as well. And as Ooneykcall above has implied, if the level of a sentence is too high for me to comprehend, then I do not even touch the sentences, and I recommend everyone to do the same. Thank you all very much.
And no, I will not contribute any sentences that are not in my native language or have been verified by someone in their native language, even if it is an A1 level sentence.
