Structure wise, closer to "Mary's brown eyes are beautiful".

Added as the equivalent of "has" in Japanese is hardly ever used to describe a person's physical characteristics and the alternative:
http://tatoeba.org/jpn/sentences/show/2602592
is in present continuous and is just as unfitting as this translation in a different way.
