« 有冇攪錯?» literally means «Is there a mistake?».
However, this sentence is used as a general way to express disbelief, and as such it has earned separate entries in Cantonese dictionaries:

It appears the translations were copied from the CantoDict. However, since the sentences are fairly widely used and very unlikely to be copyrightable, I believe this is OK.
Please note that [#1068949] is basically the same sentence, but with a sentence-final particle 呀/啊 aa3 and with a different spelling for 搞錯:
