Eso está bien.

El pronombre demostrativo neutro 'eso' no lleva tilde diacrítica, porque, en este caso, no hay lugar a confusión.
'Eso', al igual que 'esto', 'aquello' o 'ello', siempre es pronombre.
Sí la llevan las formas homógrafas (=se escriben igual) que pueden funcionar ya como pronombres ya como determinantes.
Ej. 'Ésos están bien.' vs 'Esos libros están bien.' // 'Ése es el mío.' vs 'Ese libro es el mío.' // 'Ésa es grande.' vs 'Esa casa es grande.' // 'Ésas saben nadar.' vs 'Esas niñas saben nadar.'
Aunque la RAE (=Real Academia Española) recientemente ha sugerido el uso discrecional de la tilde, muchos lingüistas no están de acuerdo con esa relajación innecesaria. Yo recomiendo usarla siempre con los pronombres, precisamente para evitar situaciones de ambigüedad.
