In balance is god or bad?
Probably means "in a precarious state."
I think all the translations of this sentence have misinterpreted it to say exactly the opposite - if someone's life is in the balance it's that it's in danger, not out of danger. Should we unlink this sentence from all of its mistranslations?
Japanese means "in danger."
Google translate implies that only the Spanish is a mistranslation.
