@Ricardo14 - Not really. One could say "His eyes are glassy" (to indicate that they're not focusing on anything, as is characteristic of people who are drunk) or "His eyes are fixed straight ahead" (to indicate that he's staring straight ahead, which may or may not mean that he's drunk).
