This is a kind of absurd sentence. Originally it was invented by Russian linguists. The idea is to show "pure grammar" of the language, so the roots of words are random (they must match with Russian "fake" roots): "glok", "kuzdr", "shtek", "budl", "bokr", "kudr". So, we can't exactly know which objects and actions are described. But suffixes and endings are true, so we can take some information from them.
It would be nice if you could correct the sentence, if nesessary.
