Yes, it's an absurd sentence and it doesn't make sence in any language. But it must be grammacally correct, despite of it.

kurd'ači --> kurďači ? (d + ' --> ď, malé Ď)

At the moment I am adding this comment, the sentence reads "Gloka kuzdra štěko budlanula bokra a kurd'ači bokře.". We Czech natives do not recognize this as Czech because the sentence does not use the right Czech suffixes. Gloka is supposed to be a feminine singular adjective, for which it would need an -á ending. Štěko is expected to be an adverb but, ending in -ko, it is not one in Czech. Kurd'ači should be, but is not, a third-person singular verb conjugation. Bokře does work as a young of a species in the accusative, but because it could also be an adverb, it is ambiguous, which the original Russian "бокрёнка" was not. Instead of trying to negotiate all these fixes with the non-native owner, I linked a Czech-compliant parallel version to the Russian sentence.
