'ne sois pas inquiet' is unusual for a french native speaker, unless you'd particularly want to stress 'inquiet'.

"Ne t'inquiète pas" est moins littéraire et plus simple, mais "Ne sois pas inquiet" est parfaitement valable (on le trouve dans des livres). Je pense qu'on peut aussi mettre des tournures littéraires, ça enrichit la base.

"Ne t'inquiète pas, sois heureux" et "Ne sois pas inquiet, sois heureux", n'ont pas du tout le même sens!
