Wrong language, should be Finnish, also the translation(s) are incorrect, a better one would be:
I am ready to leave this place whenever suitable, etc.
Corrected the language, but actually the literal translation should be "I can prepare for departure/leaving anytime". This sounds really clumsy and by far a better translation is "I'm ready to leave now". Alternative would be "I am ready to leave any time", but the meaning is the same. "this place" and "whenever suitable" are not present in the original sentence.
Yes agree, but one would not phrase this sentence in Japanese so when leaving for a walk or leaving temporarily for everyday business. This nuance has been lost in translations. If you translate the English back to Japanese, you would rather get:
出かける準備はできています。
The literal translation would be: Speaking of me, whenever (the time comes), I have made (my) preparations to leave.
