does the audio match? I can't hear "het" after "Voor je"
I do hear it. However, het (when unstressed) is often pronounced in a shortened way and you hear only the t or 'et'. And since the previous word ends in the same 'e' sound and the next word starts with a 'd' so similar to 't' it's hard to recognize 'het', but it's there. 'Voor je doorhebt' (which is ungrammatical) would sound slightly different.
Thanks Dorenda, I suspected the explanation might be similar to that, but as hard as I try, I still can't hear it.
I need more listening practice, I guess:)
