IMHO this should be deleted as it's clearly a dictionary entry.

How about something like this:

(If that's correct English, of course. :))
I added #10634597, which is similar to Dorenda's proposed sentence. We should eventually get rid of this one.
I'd suggest not deleting it but changing it to:
Не сыпьте соль на рану.
