When a verb precedes the word "nisaa", it should be in the singular rather than plural.
I would render it as:
تغير النساء العالم
I used the verb which corresponds to female third person singular in the future. But I'm not a native speaker, so my wording should be taken with a grain of salt.

Your verb could be correct if the word "nisaa" preceded it:
إن النساء يغيرن العالم.
Please note you used the wrong kind of verb: يتغيرن would mean "will be changed" rather than "will change".
