Natasha → Natacha ?
En fait, Natasha est un prénom Russe tandis que Natacha en est une francisation. En France, j’ai connu des Natacha mais aucune Natasha. C’est pourquoi, vu le contexte de cette phrase, j’ai choisi de laisser la graphie Russe.
Rough English translation.
Actually, Natasha is a Russian name while Natacha is a French version of it. In France, I have met Natachas but no Natashas. That’s why, given the context of this sentence, I made the choice to keep the Russian spelling.
The Russian spelling is Наташа while Natasha is the English transcription. The digraph sh struck me as unusual for French.
D’accord.
