According to the Official Dictionary, musi means artistic. "moku li musi" = Eating (is) artistic. (or the food is artistic, there's no difference in toki pona)

moku li musi nasin (no "pi" because it's just one word) means "eating is commonly, doctrinally artistic", not an useful addition.

"Eat with pleasure" would be "o moku musi." (like those colorful foods for children) or "o moku pona." because it is an imperative.
