Prepositions go only at the end of a sentence.
kili suwi ni li tan ma Pesija.

A la-phrase can start with a preposition, though.
tan ma Pesija la kili suwi ni li kama.

Unless it's "lon". "lon" is removed before "la".
mi pali lon tomo.
tomo la mi pali.
