It's not a rule, but I'd prefer it if you used the full-width ?

Excuse me, like what?

Punctuation comes in two types. Full width (aka Japanese) 。?! and half-width (also known as 'ascii') .?!

I prefer full-width, because the rest of the sentences already use full-width.
