To get a Tatoeba-like sentence, you should change it into: ... are called, mate.

Well it doesn't say mate in it, but all depends on context. If this sentence is delivered in an aggressive way, an english male will likely add mate on the end. If not, then there will be no mate at the end.
One of the rules is: don't give alternative, rather write two sentences. In this case, one with "mate", one without "mate" (really need to go)
As @raggione have said, this should be changed to either
I don't even know what you are called.
or
I don't even know what you are called, mate.
If both translations match, they can both be added as separate sentences.
