You don't need الآن in this sentence in Persian.

"I just don't know" doesn't mean "Now I don't know". "Just" has other meanings in this context. For instance:

I'm not sure, but I believe it does translate the English sentence reasonably well. You can also ask for the opinion of pliiganto and Mahmoud.

i think دقیقا is better!in arabic scentences,were not translated just!
