¿En qué sentido se aplica la palabra chuchumeco en Colombia? ¿Indígeno? ¿Enteco? ¿Bajo?

Chuchumeco es alguien como el abuelo Simpson. Es alguien con indicios de demencia senil.

Edito para agregar: la definición de diccionario más cercana sería "persona débil y enfermiza", pero en Colombia se suele usar más para indicar el estado mental más que el físico, aunque van unidos.

Otra cosa que se me ocurrió es que si fue solo por ese viejo, me parece que la fila más bien no avanzaba para nada hasta que lo atendieron.
