¿Hmm no crees que quedaría mejor "No hay más dios que Alá, Mahoma es el mensajero de Dios."? Normalmente al dios de los musulmanes lo llamamos Alá, y a su profeta Mahoma.

Yes, but the word "allah" means "(the) God". In many texts you will find this version. So I added the two translations in Polish (both with God and with Allah), you can do so with the Spanish sentence.

But in Spanish we tend to avoid the repetition of the same word so many times, and please, anyway, change the word Mohammad to Mahoma, because in Spanish that's the true name of the prophet.
