Laŭ mi "hasti" signifas "zich haasten". Do "mi hastas" signifas "ik haast me". Do mi tradukus kiel "mi devas hasti"...
Mi tradukis el la angla: We're in a hurry.
"Mi devas hasti" angle estus: We must hurry, aŭ We have to hurry.
Mi ne spertas pri la nederlanda.
One could argue that "We're in hurry" and "We have to hurry" greatly overlap in meaning. A person might say either when they actually don't "hurry" at the moment, but will start to hurry immediately.
Maybe in German, it would be "Wir beeilen uns - ni hastas" in contrast to "Wir sind in Eile, wir haben es eilig, wir müssen uns beeilen"
Aldona informo. "ni hastas" estas ago; "wij zijn gehaast" [aŭ en la angla "we're in a hurry"] estas stato, do ne la sama kiel "wij haasten ons" [ en la angla "we rush", en Eo "ni hastas"]. Mi devas konfesi ke mi ne trovas pli taŭgan tradukon por "we're in a hurry". Eble: "ni devas hasti", "ni ne havas multe da tempo".
