I agree, but I think both are fine.
Easy English is correct, but I just think saying simple would sound more natural. Easy seems a bit artificial and like a very literal translation.
ALSO, second mistake, the kanji 優しい(やさしい）is used to refer to kind/gentle/caring people. The kanji 易しい(やさしい）should be used. Pronounced the same, but the kanji have different meanings. 易しい means easy/simple when referring to something such as the English language.
If both are correct, you can add the alternative as a second translation. Also, comments on errors on another sentence belong in comments to that sentence.
The Japanese is actually an orphan so you can adopt and modify it if you like.
