Il me semble que c'est une faute, et qu'à la place de "ai été", on devrait dire "suis allé", mais j'avoue être le premier à dire comme cela.

Yep, ça m'a paru bizarre aussi quand je l'ai vu. Ça n'empêche que ça reste une « faute » plus que courante, qui serait peut être mieux taggée « oral » ou quelque chose du genre.

On le trouve aussi de plus en plus à l'écrit. Cf Google Livrés.

Un tag approprié serait certainement le bienvenu, puisque comme tu/(vous?) le précises toi-même, on le trouve « de plus en plus » à l'écrit, ce qui signifie bien qu'il n'y était pas à l'origine.
