> Эй ты

Внутри неразложимых сочетаний «эй ты» и «эй вы» запятая не ставится.

Спасибо, дарю предложение. Я убежден, что эти архаичные правила скоро будут надежно забыты. Русские запятые - это праздник занудства))

The point is that many Russian learners and even native speakers have troubles with commas. This sentence is a good example of how confusing the grammar can be. Even if there is no comma it's useful for people to know that such sentences are confusing. So anyone can go through https://tatoeba.org/eng/tags/sh..._with_tag/4190 and make sure they understand why there is a comma or why there isn't. Russian language has more complex rules about punctuation than other languages.

Digital information space is able to store lots of data, but the question is whether the data is useful. Live speech is often at odds with the grammar, and the metabolism is inevitable, where the first wins and the second, looses.

If you are acquainted with Russian punctuation, you might pay intention how intricate it is - way more than in English, as far as I can judge. The tag is precisely to highlight some cases where the problem was touched upon. The tag's existence once was supported by the Russian corpus maintainers. Though I do not insist: after proper deliberation, it may be removed.

I am resolved to distance myself from any kind of such problematics, since I am not competent and rely solely on the intuition.

I also doubt that "fundamental punctuation" is an existing thing. Just consider it in Japanese ;)

You may disagree, but I myself make such mistakes quite often. And I'm not the only one.

А.П. Чехов "Мыслитель"
