sina tawa e seme? = What are you moving?
-> sina tawa seme? = Where are you going to?

Besides "want to go" (the only language can read among the translations) implies "wile":
-> sina wile tawa seme? [?]
What about the other translations? Are they also asking about someone's will to go somewhere?

Are you sure about that? I thought "sina tawa seme" means "how are you moving". Then "e" in points to the object should be the target of the "going". Thus "sina tawa e seme" should be more apropriate.
Please let me know how you think :)

Hi shou! I am sure, yes. Quoting from Sonja's official Toki Pona book:
"
mi tawa sina.
I am moving towards you.
mama mi li tawa telo suli.
My parent is going to the sea.
meli Sonko li tawa nasin Kuwin.
The Chinese lady is going to Queen Street.
"
But you are also right that "sina tawa seme" could be read as "How are you moving". Nonetheless, "tawa seme" means "to what" and also "to where", like "lon seme" means "at what" and also "where". Quoting Sonja again:
"
tomo telo li lon seme?
where is the washroom?
"

I see. I reread the chapter about 'tawa' and find this quote:
> Like lon, tawa as a intransitive verb doesn’t have an 'e' after it.
Thank you for pointing my mistake out. I will fix the sentence.
