Is "ge" only used in NL, but not in Flanders?

It's used in Flanders and in the southern provinces of the Netherlands. But it becomes more an more old fashioned, also in the south. My children, between 30 and 35 years old, still use it with older people; my grandchildren, around 5 years old, don't use it at all.
